One of our athletes texted me today simply wanting to know if I could provide a brief quote about “how CrossFit has changed/affected [my] life” for a project she’s working on. I responded in between my own CrossFit warm-up and my workout, and then, as I was performing sets of squat snatches – a movement I once loathed and can now at least call a “frenemy” – a broader answer began materializing in my mind.
